Would your group like to step into our world for a while? We welcome enquiries from private groups looking for a personal encounter with our Sámi reindeer-herding family on Sállir/Kvaløya.

These visits are arranged on request and usually take place in the evening. Send us an enquiry with your preferred date, group size, interests and any special wishes. We will consider the possibilities and create a tailored proposal for your group.

The programme, duration, price and what can be included are determined individually. Our offer will depend on your request, the size and needs of your group, the season, weather conditions, the reindeer and our availability.

A visit may include meeting some of our reindeer, trying lasso throwing and gathering around the open fire inside our lávvu. We can share stories about Sámi culture, our family’s life with the reindeer and the duodji handicrafts we create. Food, drinks, transport or other elements may be included when agreed as part of your offer.

Every visit is shaped by the people who join us and by life with the reindeer. We keep the atmosphere warm, informal and personal, with time for questions and genuine conversation. This is not a staged performance, but an invitation to meet a family whose culture and livelihood are part of everyday life.
